Hey kids. I know, it’s been a while since I’ve posted but summer’s almost over and I’m scurrying to enjoy the last bits of the season before it’s gone for good (it took us quite a while to get to the warm weather here in Boston). So what have I been doing you ask?

It’s quite known that the smell of vinegar is so distinct, so prominent, that it can ruin most things memorable – a Sunday BBQ, a quiet stroll at the corner florist, the first batch of freshly baked chocolate-chip cookies. But despite it’s odor, it’s been used as a cure-all for most diseases, aids dieting, disinfects anything and everything under the sun, and may even put top detergent companies out of business.
While I can’t vouch for every miracle on the list, apple cider vinegar helped me lost 50lbs over the course of 9 months (healthy weight loss mind you), disinfected the yucky bacteria in my garbage disposal, and being the shamed chain smoker that I am, help get rid of the smoke in my apartment. Who knows, maybe we’ll have cars running on vinegar in the near future.
